  Carling Cup: Holders Spurs face tough test against Liverpool in fourth round

  Carling Cup holders Tottenham have been drawn at home to Liverpool in the fourth round of this year's competiton.

  Full fourth-round draw:
  Sunderland v Blackburn
  Arsenal v Wigan
  Chelsea v Burnley
  Swansea v Watford
  Manchester United v QPR
  Stoke City v Rotherham Utd
  Brighton or Derby v Leeds
  Tottenham v Liverpool

  Ties to be played during week commencing Nov 10.

  One of the top teams in The Premiership will be given an upset !!

  Namely Liverpool ... who's playing defending Champion of The CARLING CUP Spurs .

  Even Stoke City , who's still struggling in the Premiership , could well "give up" on this cup , to remain focus on the more lucrative BPL . with their small squad , any injuries to any players could be vital for them .
