hey.. come on.. are you sure that phone is worth SGD$600? In australia, they only sell the phone on a prepaid basis for AUD$249... if you want to unlock the phone, all you have to is to clock up AUD$195 worth of recharge, and u will get the unlock for free? I personally dont think you are right in charging 600 for things that you have benfited.

The phone is already sold anyway. I replied just because I dont want people to think that I'm making a false statement here. I did paid that amount for the phone as I'm buying it without line.
Singtel launched their 3G trial services in Dec 2004 and this phone is retailing
at $1k without line.

Most Australian phones are free with plans. The operators earn back the money from the expensive talk time. If I'm not wrong, out-going calls are free while incoming calls are heavily charged.
