but now because he needs to do actual testing the the device chip so he wanted to delay the time of send the signals in~~
now I facing difficulty in declaring the delay~~ cos my visual C++ version seems outdated~~ -

C we link then we compile but we didn't need to execute~
for C++ we compile 1st build and execute~~ -
