- The broken CTB logo after taking down the old rear ad

Comparing PC5322 to PC2872:
- Front EDS border slightly squeezy
- EDS colour slightly greener
- TV installed on the front of upperdeck
- Signals on the sides are different
- Additional fare-charge system installed near the coinbox (Small blue protruding part)
- Staircase with handrails printed on the panels, but not on PC2872
- 2nd axle in full silver unlike PC2872 with black painted in the middle

The much awaited St. John Full liveried(2nd in the series) Dennis Dragon from NWFB rt.590 will be launched on 31.12.2013, making it the last model launch for 2013.

This Dennis Dragon is with Alexander R face.

INFO BITS:

The DA93 from NWFB is officially retired from service in 2013, June 1 after faithfully serving Hong Kong public for more than 17 years.

Previously owned by HACTL(Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminal Limited) as Citybus operated the service, it was transferred to NWFB in 2000 as CTB/NWFB are both operated by Chow Tai Fook Holdings.

Fitted with a Cummins engine and Voith gearbox, this workhorse is assigned to Southern Horizons rts. 590/590A and is a favourite among bus fans for its work rate.

Do note as the bus was originally a Citybus, its face is fixed with the Alexander R type(Economies of Scale) rather than the standard Dragon face used by KMB.

A great commemorative keepsake for all bus fans to have the DA93 in St. John's livery

KMB 80th Anniversary Alexander Dennis Enviro500 (ATEU5)

1) About the "DENSO Air-Conditioned" prints, I'm not sure how many times did they printed... I had at least 3 layers overlapped on each side... lol

2) The EDS border ad difference between the actual bus and the diecast... (Credits to owner, Philip Chan, for the actual bus pic from Orientalbusmodel.uk website)

Mindy,

Do note, die cast detailed bus models mostly come in the scale 1:76.
For buses less than 3 inches, it will be toy bus...
Tomica has red double decker no#95 (SGD5.95)

Tomica has also a GREEN double decker under ToysDreamproject but is NOT AVAILABLE for sale in SG

Matchbox has double decker#1, not available in SG yet
