BODY WORLDS review

i would say the orgasmsers..i mean organisers took great pains to carefully arrange the exhibits.
but there are some things abt it that are simply annoying, first the descriptions accompanying the exhibits were simply too technical, like arteriosclerosis, and also didnt explain waht certain parts are, example the spleen.
they probably missed out on the fact that not every singaporean has a medical degree and those who went was confused and puzzled at some of the exhibits if not for the Bear's expert explanation and in-depth knowledge of the human body.

and of course, being the fun-loving chaps, we signed the comments book on behalf of sgforums. below is what hong wrote:

1 thing was, the stupid hall was so damn far frm the mrt station...initially walk there...wah..so many ppl...then as we walked towards the hall 1.....so few ppl...( dunno why they out the barricade, xmen said) -
i shall post a pic of skeujin when i get the damned scanner at home working.. or take a pic of him

anyway here are the forum mates who attended:

ratinacage was not able to attend due to some unforeseen circumstances
well, in all i had a good time with the people, had a nice time discussing whether some stuff are flacid or erect, whether is that a male horse or female horse, and whether some organ is an 'ar gua' or a human organ....keke... oh and surprisingly everyone got hungry after the exhibition, on the contrary...we started hallucinating that those specimens are bah guas or japanese food side dishes....
and thanks to the Bear, X-men and my neighbour for the 'dinner' at Changi Village!!

yah.. after seeing the smokers' lungs, what do we do when we go outside?
we all had a smoke
a cool time was had by all.. too bad all decided to go off rather than to hang out at the pub there..

think we wrote the explaination shld b more laymen.... cos the words to chim to understand.... there shld b someone to do the explaining to us, instead of us going ard wondering wat's this wat's tat loh..... n think i mention the things r not as gross as wat we tot.....

after that exhibition, and being reminded that the sectioned bodies look like the japanese "char siew", i don't think i'll look at Ramen noodles the same way again..
mind you, i'd still eat it
but i'd be reminded of plastinated bodies -
