Anyway take it EZ, my GF also just broke up with me yesterday ... sianz !!! so many years liao !! wat to do ... move on lor .... find things to do lor .... go take up new skills lor..... like take a bike license or go for some degree courses like CFA or ACCA etc... -

ratty, tis is the way. if u dun wanna tok abt it to anyone, the only of of output is penning it down. doesn't matter who is reading, doesn't matter who reply also, most important is u let it out. don't bottle it up inside u, or u'll go mad.
i was like tat too when it happened. didn't tok to anyone at all, n end up it drives me to the extreme, and i did what i felt was a release at tat time.
