  yah... poor turtles... but if farm-bred ones (usually are), can eat...

  hehe i watched cannibal holocaust and saw the turtle part... before i saw it, i was like "wooooaaahhhhh"

  they put the farm-bred turtles into the fridge and the turtles become comatose from the cold
  
  then they are slaughtered when unconscious...

  i haven eaten tutle soup in ages too...
  actually for turtle soup,i find it not as cruel as sharkfin...cos i cannot come to terms with the part that they throw the still living sharks back in the water...cos sharks NEED to be swimming to breathe....so they are in fact suffocating in the water!!!!thats is like humans suffocating becos of air!!!!BAD!!!
