What is your criteria for bf/gf?

I am sure everybody want to have a criteria. To be fair, we as human beings want something good even though we may not deserve it. I will be realistic with you. My criteria for girlfren is:
1) She must be beautiful to me. Just because she is beautiful to me doesn't mean she is beautiful to you, Beauty is the Eye of the Beholder. I do not expect her to look like those Ford Models, I do want to be attracted to her physically.
2) There must be willingness to work things together. I like to do things with the opposite sex: go shopping, planning for the future, discuss what curtains to buy. Hopefully she is the type that can give and take not go into a frivolous argument for nothing.
3) She must be 26-29. I feel she must be mature enough for marriage. Too young means she is fooling around. I sound bias but I want to have my own kids someday. I know some colleagues who married in their mid 30s struggle to have kids because of the age factor.
4) There is chemistry, we like each other. She is kind, honest and beautiful in her heart too. I do not like gossipers, whinners, troublemakers and those who bad mouth other people.
5) She doesn't have to be proficient in cooking but willing to help out in the kitchen. I will also do the same.
What is your criteria?

I share with you mine. :) I have a gf already, but this are the ones that I am looking for...
1) She must be girl-next-door type. :) Innocent, happy-go-lucky. Not too strong and agressive type. Must be easy going.
I wouldn't want to quarrel over small minor things that do not add value to a relationship. I can't imagine (actually is experience) quarreling over small minor issues. A gentle and non-agressive type is what I am looking for. Easy going, and very little opinion.
2) Age wise.. I am 22 already, so will be hoping for a 19 ~ 22 girlfriend (if my current r/s died). Age comes with responsible, and I expect some form of responsibility from my future gf; being committed into the r/s and willing to spend time understanding me and learning how to build and maintain a healthy r/s.
3) Look wise.. I think she does not need to look like a superstar. Any girl with decent average looking features and build is enough. Must not be overweight; average build is enough. This point is true, and I know will get a lot of criticism. It's human being... I know.
4) Character-wise. Honest, Humble, Love both parents, quiet, responsible.
5) Social-wise. Prefers someone that do not club, pub, drink, gamable. A volunteer is good. Easy going with people.
