modern marriages have lost its innocent touches to the materialistic and status concerns of many...in the guise of financial security and long term "insurable" interests (though there will never be)....it has become conditional with swelling expectations to the point of being difficult and subject to endless "clauses" of feminine compliance and risk assessments that made even this definition of marriage becomes uninterpretable...

ya lor esp some vain and materialistic women. the first questions they will ask is, how much do you earn and do you own a car? want to earn money, go out to earn lar. want to sit in a car, go buy one urself lar. that is a put off for me, no matter how pretty she is. just goes to show she is as plain and vain as a vase.

Also, women will ask money from you even women earning power if on par with you. -

how to not give up? ytd he said to me , saying tat we cannot live together.. becoz i scolded him tat he is blind.............. he go n throw rubbish but nv look ard , and when he say there was another bag of rubbish, he throw stupid temper............ i think i can pronouce myself as single liao.. wats the point of trying to keep things from not falling apart when its crumbling away ? -
marriage is politics and legal stuff, at least in city like singapore.
Real marriage is personal affair of 2 person only, needs no certificates. Its quite hard for human to promise that he will like her only for the rest of the life and be able to do it. I think people just has no brains and also no honesty.

as for girls who is money face and materialistic face. Guys can just dump them aside if they find out they are like that. Give me i also dun want. Likewise for guys who are money faced. Girls should just quickly offload them.
