  When u r poor, one has ingenious ways to save $$$, or even to get things without $$$ (not stealing lah)
  
  e.g.
  
  Croco goes to community centres, kopi shop to take home 2 pails of water everyday for cooking, drinking, and bathing .. can save on water bill and oso can train arm power
  
  Croco goes to community centres to watch TV to save on electricity
  
  Croco goes to library to read playboy magazine . so no need to buy mah
  
  ....
