Starpuppy is missing...

  ... I have checked with SPCA, no have.
  
  I have checked with the stalls selling exotic food, no have.
  
  I checked with Immigration and Customs, no record of puppy leaving the country
  
  mi checked with mata, no record of misadventure or murder of ah starpuppy
  
  mi check with IMH, no found there either
  
  mi check with MINDEF, AWOL was recorded
  
  mi check with Abdullah, Starpuppy no found either
  
  mi check with underworld big boss, no warrant of death issued for starpuppy leh
  
  mi check with President for the Association of LoanSharks, no info on his lending habit too
  
  So, where is Starpuppy?
