what I means is rx7 only pickup faster than wrx on akagi only not other road.

yeah. i truely agree on that.. on akagi, rx7s have the stage advantage thing... so even if my evo gets a head start on other stages, i think the rx7 will still get the head start on akagi. and thanks again WRX, i'll train hard on it...i manage to do 151 on the last 4 turns now... .. hopefully i'll get faster...those dc2 dudes are kicking my ass here man.... lol..

Shin.U can try 158km at first turn,then 152 at 2nd turn,152 at 3rd turn and 154 at 4th turn.by the way can I know your timing for all the road.

thanks alot WRX cat. well, i'll train hard to make the turns with that speed. well.... i can remember all of the timings..... i think i've got 2:46 for irohazaka, 2:23 for akina, err....... i'll update you on that. cool ?

i also have a GC8V but only 200 000 points. i know that this car can run Akina fastest around 2:51. cos i seen it before.
what is your timing for Akina with Akina??? i need someone to train me with this car.

hey guys, i've made it! i've successfully managed doing the last 4 turns in akagi with the 5th gear.. did it at 150+.... but i dunno why but my timing seems to get slower and slower...... is it because of me being too cautious about hitting the walls? yeah, btw.. is it possible to make the first turn in akiagi at 140+ ? cause my max was like 130 - 136 max.... i kept hitting the wall.... how should i turn it?

the very first corner max can turn is 137-138 i think. its normal. only FD can do 139-140. think the fastest timing for GC8V at akagi downhill should be around 2:17 like that right?? -

Evo IV is a good car. Irohazaka 2'46 ummm... try aim for below 2'45. Taking inner line and try not to bang too much will be able to do that. My newly brought Evo IV (300k point tune) is hitting 2'45 for Irohazaka.
Just a estimate rough gauge of timing for Evo IV to do well especially to ensure %50 chances of winning in battles.
Akagi DownHill: 2'19 - 2'20
Akina DownHill: 2'58 -2'59
Happo Outbound: 2'22 - 2'24
Irohazaka DownHill: 2'44 - 2'45
I'm still trying hard myself to get decent timings and full tuning my new Evo IV so lets work hard together and show the others that LanEvos is not a car to trive with. LOL... No offence to other car owners.

lol..no WRX, i meant the EVO IV. well... that made me feel better, 138 max on the first turn. so me doing 136 max should be pretty alrite right? thanks lonely, i guess i'm not that far from being a fast EVO driver yeah, btw, need an opinion here.... do you think my evo should have a option B rear spoiler on it or the D rear spoiler ? till now... i just can't make up my mind...
and i got ya there yo. Evo shouldn't be trived with, on the real tracks or in the game. unless we're being challenged by cars of the same class like RX7, Subaru and etc... you know you fast drivers out there

hey guys. problem came up for akina....i noticed that i'm really slow in akina.... dunno why....i think my timing's 2:58 ? not sure about that but i know i suck in akina..... any hints on how i could drive better and is it possible to beat a dc2 in akina when they are so darn fast on turns?

To get good timings for Akina, linings(shortest path) is the important factor. To beat a DC2 in Akina, all I have to say is there's only 50% chances of winning. The winning 50% comes from the pickup. For sure you will be in the lead from the starting point. Once in the lead, the next thing to do is to take the inner line of all the corners to block the DC2's path as DC2 turns faster than any other car. (Meaning block as much as you can)
As for the losing 50%... once the opponent DC2 overtakes you, that's it. Game Over.... unless you opponent is noob to that map and the keeps on banging on the walls. -
Thanks Lonely. i needed that advice. yeah btw.. i thought of getting a new Evo IV... hooking it up right from the start. thought of starting from tune A to get the fast acceleration, then switch to tune B to get the fast acceleration. i intend to change the rims to the 6 spoke enkei rims, Bozz Speed rear spoiler, and Bozz Speed dual muffler. You think that's the right way to tune it? i dunno about you guys.. but i always think that EVO IV can be faster than the RX7. i've been doing some research... so i thought by tuning it this way, my EVO IV would be really fast.. with speed and acceleration. i've looked into the previous post by Dark_Conviction,( my bad if i spell it wrong ) and i think those replaced parts would make up for the disadvantages of the tunes.so you guys out there, give me your opinion on that alright? peace.

i've tried that man.... GC8V indeed is faster... that's why i'm thinking all ways to try making the EVO faster so the difference wouldn't be that big.

ever since i changed to the 6 spoke Enkeis, the car become very good to drive. either the bronze volk 6 spokes or the white enkei 6 spokes are both a delight to drive. -
My EVO IV has 1590000+ points, rims is the white 6 spoke enkei. i think yours is the volk racing one? bozz dual muffler too! ^5. I think im using the option C front spoiler, Initial D lightened EVO IV wing. 2)I also not sure.did not have the chance to play with EVO player.
must try every map then will know.if wants to know the ans.we need to get two auto gear car to play.then we will know which is faster.

great. i'm loving my GC8V. My car is now around 400 000 points. today i went to bugis to challenge ppl, won 10 games and lost 2 games. from previously level 1, now upgrade to level 4 already. i'm so happy.
it indeed is a very powerful car. so more i challenge a DC2 at Akina down hill and i won him with the timing of 2:55!!! hahaha... -
