Are the best timings possible with all the cars?

I'm just wondering whether all the cars in the game can achieve the best timing. For example from what we know, the DC2 can get about 2.34 for Iro downhill. Is this possible with the other cars in the game?
So far I'm getting the impression that no other car can reach this Iro timing. All the cars in the top 10 for this track are either mainly or all DC2. Although the other tracks have other cars as the best.
Hopefully if there is a Version3, there are 'home' tracks for each different car. Some cars are really pitiful, I never see them in the top 10 record. -
no it is not possible for all cars t oreach the best timing... the is a kind of 'ranking' to them... plus home course cars do better than non home course cars...

Unfortunately, the answer is no. That is why there are so many people who are frustrated with version 2 as it doesnt seem to be very balanced.
A moderate RX7 user can quite easily beat a Better than average DC2 user on akagi. The cars and courses are not very balanced and even the top S15 silvia user will never (almost) be able to beat an average DC2 user on Irro.
If you looked at the top of the game in version 1, you can see that the game is sort of sponsored by Honda. Guess thats why the DC2 rules so much.
Home course cars will def. get an advantage. That is why, if you have a Cappucino, Myogi wet and Akina dry will be your home turf (so to speak). And using it against DC2, will give you an advantage in battle until he chooses irro or happo after he loses to you.
Hope ver 3 (if any) will be more balanced. MOre fun that way.

Tink shld be the BNR 34 or BNR 32. Cos they r the kings in myogi. wet weather shouldn't have much effect cos of their 4wd train.

Then if thats the case The S2k had no home ground liao lar.... certain cars are better 4 certain tracks.. 4 the cuppucino i disagree that Usui is the home track.. in akina is does alot better.. But i think skill also is what matters well apart frm Dc2s which dun req. that much skills.....

Aiyah... My hachi-go(AE85) enuf 2 be decently fast liao... Just practice on it then u can get a good time lor... thats wad i realise... Car can only help u in a certain way... well the DC2 is an exception lar....
Kopi car suffers alot in the wets... and the car overall is kinda hard 2 drive but once u get the hang of it..Like wad i told ryosuke... Driving has never been more fun!!!
