I swear... that I confirm will get at least a "D" grade after reading my RJ below for today.. This is the most cunning RJ I have ever wrote so far because today's relief faci for 1 of my modules is really CMI...
Question: Quantify your level contribution in class (not team) today. What strategies did you adopt in contributing actively to class discussion today?
Answer: My level contribution in class is very low. In fact, I find that most of us in the class here also have a low contribution as well. I can boldly say that my level contribution level is ZERO.
Firstly, the 1st impression that you gave all of us when you stepped into our class is very bad. It is so bad that I ever thought of going off halfway after 1st meeting, and coming back to school again for the Marketing UT later on in the afternoon.
Secondly, your voice projection in class seems to us that you are really talking to the thin air or the wall. You are truly indeed talking to yourself, and expecting all of us in the classroom to be able to hear you talking where I don't even bother to hear whatever you mentioned actually.
Ok... 2 points are enough to express my anger out because of the poor attitude that you portray to us right from the start where you stepped into our class. It is so disappointing for me to find out that you are actually the module chair for this module, and yet you show very good example to the classes that you have taught them. Well done... Continue this any further and promise me, your current/future students will seriously have an even good impressions, and don't ever regret if any of your students actually complained about you facilitating their class.
As what I have mentioned in the 1st paragraph, since my level contribution for today's lesson is ZERO, I do not even need to adopt any strategies in contributing actively to class discussion. Thankfully that you only facilitated us for this very unlucky day, and you can give me a very bad grade for this problem for all you care, because with you facilitating us, I seriously don't deserve any GOOD grades from you. Period.

So what if she's the module chair? Is she supposed to set this kind of "good" examples to all the faciliators under her and her students to follow? Sometimes we ourselves as students, we treated the faciliators too nice or if not don't dare to say anything bad in front of the faciliator just because they are a few ranks above us. Sorry to say that I have to write that to her because I really want her to freaking wake up her ideas.. If not what will her future students ever think of her when it comes to 1st impression and the teaching style and her attitude... -

I like the way she commented... Anyway before that I also did e-mail to her, telling her not to get hurt by the fierce RJ that I have write, I know that I am very bad in writing this kind of RJ, but at times when I really cannot stand it, and that I couldn't control my words, it will become like that..

great. I think the faci gave you some good advice there.
Life is like that. We have to manage our constraints.
Next time if you want to whack, go do something else first and then come back to it later. That's what is done by many people at the workplace, including RP :). Your comments will certainly become more measured and objective.

Give an account of your real-life experience(s) where TENACITY has played an important role in achieving success. My Answer:
First of all, there are a few meanings in this word
TENACITY, so I do not wish to make any assumption and
anyhow answer YOUR RJ question today.
Even so, after looking through the internet for the
meaning, I still do not understand what is this word
TENACITY is trying to mean in YOUR RJ question, hence
I choose not to do it.
Yes, you can give me the 3rd D or even lower for the
daily grade for this module. I can tell you honestly
that I have no confident that I can pass this module,
because it's only every Business Finance lesson for the
week, that my morale always dropped to the lowest level.
Yes, in RP, we do focus a lot on PBL, but sometimes like
today's lesson, we need some enlightenment especially
when there are formulas that we need to understand for
the day's problem statement. The best thing is that
sometimes in Wikipedia or some other websites, the
formulas there are too complicated that I can't even
understand a single thing, and that no other websites
have even more simpler explanations for the formulas.
By just focusing on PBL in this module is simply NOT
ENOUGH! Especially when you have already mentioned in
class that this module is going to be harder than
Financial Accounting, and all the more, we need more
enlightenment in the things that we learnt! Period. -
