Smoking in RP (or outside)

  Heard from frends that rp will catch students who smoke even outside the school is it true?

  True there isnt any border.. well i'm not sure bout that but i know theres dozens n dozenz of student smoking at bridge thr.. opposite of school.
  
  However.. i tink if its not part of school.. they wouldnt know whether u r their student anot mahs.. thus they shld be able to smoke?

  Tink they only catch underage smoking. It seems that they dont really catch those who met the age. ( at the opposite of the school )

  As long as you are out of RP, you can smoke. Including the bridge. It doesn't belong to us anyway.
